By using Hire SEO Team, you agree to these terms.
Services
We provide remote SEO staffing services connecting clients with dedicated SEO professionals. Specific engagement terms are covered in your signed Master Service Agreement.
Payment
Fees are billed monthly in advance unless stated otherwise. First-month "pay after" trials are available on request.
Intellectual property
All work product created by hires for a client belongs to the client. Our website content and branding remain our property.
Confidentiality
We treat client and candidate information as strictly confidential.
Termination
Engagements are month-to-month by default. Either party may terminate with 15 days' written notice unless a longer term is agreed.
Liability
Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
